Matt Weitzel

Matt Weitzel is a professional in the GSE industry, with a career that began in 2007 at TUG. His journey in GSE took a significant turn when TUG was acquired by Textron Specialized Vehicles in 2014. Throughout his tenure at TUG and Textron GSE, Matt excelled in various capacities, including marketing, procurement, and sales, showcasing his versatility and deep understanding of the industry's dynamics. In 2017, he embraced a new challenge by joining Xcēd Aviation Services as a Regional Sales Manager. In this role, Matt has proven himself to be a multi-faceted asset, adeptly handling sales, leasing, and renting of GSE, while also spearheading marketing initiatives for Xcēd. His passion for the GSE industry and commitment to enhancing its visibility culminated in the launch of the GSE podcast in 2023, sponsored by Xcēd. This platform further demonstrates Matt's dedication to educating and engaging the GSE community, highlighting his influence and leadership within the industry.

Valentin Schmitt

Valentin SCHMITT studied Civil Engineering at Ecole des Mines de Paris, France, majoring in Production and Supply Chain. He started his career as a management consultant at Oliver Wynman, covering projects both in France and Brazil.
